Graphic Designer Office Staff Teacher Job in Darbhanga, Bihar | School Recruitment
The reality of this role
This is a combined role at Aryabhatta International School where you will spend part of your day designing posters, banners, and classroom visuals and the rest teaching office staff students in grades 9-12. You will be expected to handle both creative production and classroom instruction without separate teams. Expect daily interaction with teachers, students, and the school office.
What you will actually do
Design monthly school magazines, event posters, and report cards using Canva or Adobe tools.
Prepare classroom teaching aids such as charts, infographics, and digital slides for Office Staff subjects.
Take two classroom periods every day for Office Staff teaching, covering practical topics like office software, record keeping, and communication skills.
Assist the school office with designing admission brochures, fee receipts, and ID cards.
Update the school website with new visuals and announcements as needed.
Coordinate with the IT team to ensure smooth display of digital content on classroom smart boards.
Maintain a small store of print materials and stationery for quick classroom use.
Attend staff meetings to align designs with academic and administrative needs.
Who can do this job
Graduate in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed.
Two years of experience in graphic design for schools or educational institutions.
Experience in teaching Office Staff or related subjects preferred.

Strong working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Patience to teach basic office skills to students with varied learning speeds.
Ability to manage both creative
