3. Process tuition fee receipts, staff salaries, and vendor payments accurately.
4. Monitor and report on cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds for school activities.
5. File GST returns, TDS certificates and other statutory compliances on time.
6. Assist the principal in budget preparation and financial forecasting for the academic year.
7. Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
8. Maintain proper records of assets, inventory and fixed‑asset depreciation.
Required Qualifications
Graduation in Commerce, Accounting or related field is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP or similar accounting software is essential. Minimum three years of experience handling accounts for an educational institution or similar organization is required. Knowledge of Indian tax laws and school fee structures will be an advantage.
