Hold a postgraduate degree in Botany or a related field with at least three years of relevant teaching experience. Possess a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification to ensure effective classroom management and pedagogical skills. Experience in teaching at the senior secondary level is highly preferred.
Engage with students through interactive discussions, group projects, and real-world case studies. Stay updated with latest research in botany and incorporate emerging trends into teaching practices. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor while fostering a supportive learning environment for diverse student backgrounds.
