Your primary responsibility will be conducting career assessments, workshops, and one-on-one counseling sessions. You’ll work closely with students to evaluate their interests, aptitudes, and aspirations, helping them make well-informed decisions. This includes organizing career fairs, guest lectures, and interactive sessions with professionals from diverse fields.
As part of the school’s leadership team, you’ll collaborate with teachers and administrators to integrate career guidance into the curriculum. You’ll ensure that students receive consistent support throughout their academic journey, from school to higher education and beyond. Your role will also involve tracking student progress in career planning and reporting insights to the school management.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs.30,000 to Rs.40,000 per month, along with a supportive work environment focused on student development. A graduate degree with at least three years of relevant experience in career counseling or educational administration is required.
