About This Role
Andhra Education Society is inviting applications for a PRT Evs Teacher in Chanakya Puri, Central Delhi. This full-time position is suited for educators with a minimum of three years of experience in primary-level Evs teaching. Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver Evs lessons for classes 1 to 5 using activity-based and experiential learning methods. Prepare students for periodic assessments and support them in understanding environmental concepts through real-life connections.
Plan and conduct monthly Evs projects that encourage community engagement and sustainability awareness. Integrate local Delhi contexts such as waste management, water conservation, and green spaces into classroom discussions.
Lead curriculum development for Evs across grades 1 to 5 and ensure alignment with CBSE guidelines. Collaborate with subject coordinators to create resource materials and assessment tools.
Provide individual attention to students requiring additional support in Evs comprehension. Organize field visits within Chanakya Puri and nearby areas to enhance practical learning.
Conduct parent-teacher meetings to share student progress in Evs and suggest home-based learning activities. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and lesson plans as required.
Who Can Apply
Graduates in any discipline with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree are eligible. Candidates must have at least three years of teaching experience in primary Evs.
TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with CBSE Evs curriculum and Delhi school environment is an advantage.
