- Collaborate with other departments to ensure holistic development of students
- Maintain accurate records and reports of dance department activities

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Dance or a related field
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed certification for teaching positions
- At least 2 years of experience in dance education or administration
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Indian dance traditions and techniques
- Experience with curriculum development and implementation
- Proven track record of leadership and management in educational settings
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
Salary and Benefits
