St. M.s. Karamjot Model School in Mayur Vihar, East Delhi seeks a seasoned Music Coordinator to lead and manage the school’s music program. The role involves administrative oversight, event coordination, and staff mentorship for a dynamic school environment.
Responsibilities
1. Design and implement the school’s music curriculum framework, ensuring alignment with school policies and student needs.
2. Oversee scheduling, logistics, and budgeting for music-related events, performances, and workshops.
3. Recruit, train, and supervise music staff and volunteers, fostering a collaborative and professional team culture.
4. Coordinate with academic departments to integrate music activities into school-wide initiatives and celebrations.
5. Maintain and update music equipment inventory, ensuring safety and functionality for all events.
6. Prepare reports on program outcomes, attendance, and budget utilization for senior management review.
7. Engage with parents and community partners to promote school music programs and secure sponsorships.
Qualification
A post‑graduate degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field is required, along with at least two years of experience in a school music leadership role. B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. is preferred; TET/CTET is not mandatory for this position.
Salary
Rs.22,000 – Rs.40,000 per month.
