3. Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies that attract new admissions.
4. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments using the school’s CRM system.
5. Organize and participate in education fairs, school expos, and parent orientation programs in the Delhi NCR region.
6. Address queries related to fee structures, scholarships, and transport facilities with clarity and professionalism.
7. Collaborate with the academic and administrative teams to align admission targets with school capacity and policies.
8. Provide monthly reports on admission progress, conversion rates, and feedback from parent interactions.
Eligibility Criteria
A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university is required. Prior experience in school admissions, counselling, or front-office roles is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential to engage effectively with diverse families.
Preferred Skills
Experience in handling high-volume parent interactions in a school or educational consultancy environment is valuable.
