Key Responsibilities
1. Teach English to PRT students using interactive and age-appropriate methods.
2. Plan weekly lessons aligned with the school curriculum and CBSE guidelines.
3. Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and class participation.
4. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
5. Assist in organizing school functions, cultural programs, and competitions.
6. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and behavior.
7. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school development activities.
Who Can Apply
Graduates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree from a recognized institution can apply. Applicants with prior teaching experience in primary classes will be preferred. Familiarity with Delhi’s school education system is an advantage.
Salary and Benefits
The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000 based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health support, leave as per school policy, and access to school resources.
