About This Role
Savanu International School is seeking a dynamic PRINCIPAL for our Alipur, North Delhi campus. As a PRINCIPAL, you will be responsible for leading the administrative and operational aspects of the school.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide strategic leadership to the school administration team to ensure effective implementation of school policies and objectives.
2. Oversee the recruitment and management of teaching staff, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
3. Develop and manage school budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources.
4. Foster relationships with parents, teachers, and community members to promote a positive school culture.
5. Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements and internal reporting needs.
6. Develop and implement policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
7. Collaborate with teachers to develop curriculum and educational programs.
8. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of school infrastructure.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, you must possess a post-graduate degree and a minimum of three years of experience in educational leadership. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong track record of administrative experience in a school setting.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of Rs.60,000 - Rs.90,000 per month, depending on experience. Other benefits, including medical insurance and a contributory pension scheme, will also be provided.
