PRT Social Science Teacher Job in North East Delhi, Delhi | School Recruitment
What is this role?
The Samarth School | Main Wazirabad invites applications for a PRT Social Science Teacher to enrich the academic environment of our primary students. The position focuses on delivering engaging lessons in History, Geography, Civics, and Economics to classes in the 1st to 5th grades.
What will I actually do?
You will design and implement lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and the school’s pedagogical framework. Daily activities include interactive classroom discussions, project-based learning, and formative assessments to track student progress. You will also mentor younger teachers, participate in curriculum review meetings, and collaborate with parents during school events.
What do I need to qualify?
A graduate degree is mandatory, along with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. TET/CTET certification is preferred but not compulsory. Candidates must demonstrate a solid grasp of Social Science concepts and a passion for teaching young learners.

Three years of teaching experience in a primary school setting is required. Experience with technology-enhanced learning tools and extracurricular project coordination will be viewed favorably.
