Hrm Global School | Pitampura is looking for a full‑time Cricket Coach to manage its cricket program at the Saraswati Vihar campus in North West Delhi, Delhi. The role involves overseeing all aspects of the school’s cricket activities, from training sessions to inter‑school competitions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organise and conduct regular practice sessions for students of various age groups, ensuring safety and adherence to school policies.
Develop and implement a structured training curriculum that enhances skill levels, fitness and game awareness.
Coordinate participation in local, regional and state level tournaments, handling logistics such as travel, equipment and match registrations.
Maintain cricket equipment, arrange for its repair or replacement, and keep an inventory record.
Monitor student progress, provide feedback and maintain performance reports for the school administration.
Collaborate with school management to schedule fixtures, allocate practice slots and integrate cricket activities with the overall academic calendar.
Lead and mentor student leaders, encouraging teamwork, discipline and sportsmanship.
Required Experience and Qualifications
Minimum three years of hands‑on coaching experience in school or club cricket environments.
Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in sports management or physical education is advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams, organise events and work with parents and school staff.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi, and a basic understanding of child safety and first‑aid protocols.
Salary and Benefits
The position offers a monthly salary of Rs.30,000 – Rs.40,000, payable as per school norms.
