About This Role

Pedagogy and Tools
Our school is dedicated to providing a technology-enabled learning environment that fosters creativity and innovation. As an Art And Craft Teacher, you will be responsible for introducing our students to a wide range of art and craft techniques, while also utilizing online tools to supplement their learning. You will work closely with our IT department to ensure seamless integration of technology into your lessons.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons in Art and Craft to students of various age groups
- Utilize technology, such as smart boards and LMS, to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
- Develop and implement assessment strategies to evaluate student progress and understanding
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
- Utilize digital tools, such as Google Classroom, to communicate with students and parents
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills
- Integrate Art and Craft into our school's blended learning program
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate degree in Arts, Crafts, or a related field
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree is required for this position
- 2 years of experience in teaching Art and Craft to students of various age groups
- Strong understanding of curriculum design and delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
- Digital literacy and proficiency in using online tools, such as Google Classroom and LMS
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of Rs.18,000 - Rs.32,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
