What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver Evs lessons to students in classes 1 to 5
- Use hands-on activities, experiments, and projects to make learning fun and interactive
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their Evs skills
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess student understanding and adjust teaching strategies
- Maintain a well-organized and safe classroom environment
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss student progress and involve them in Evs-related activities
- Participate in staff development programs to enhance your teaching skills and stay updated on the latest Evs pedagogies
- Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to Evs education
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) degree. A valid Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certificate is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience in teaching Evs in a school setting
- Strong knowledge of Evs curriculum and pedagogy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities and contribute to the school's growth
