About This Role
As a PRT Hindi Teacher at Prestige Convent Senior Secondary School, you will be responsible for teaching Hindi to students from Class 1 to Class 12. You will create engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide individualized support to ensure that each student reaches their full potential. With a strong focus on Hindi language and literature, you will inspire our students to appreciate the beauty and significance of the Hindi language.
Day-to-Day Duties
* Plan and deliver lessons on Hindi language and literature to students from Class 1 to Class 12
* Assess student progress through regular tests and evaluations
* Provide individualized support to students who require extra help
* Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to different learning styles
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance
* Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide Hindi language and literature programs
* Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures
* Supervise students during class hours and maintain a safe and orderly learning environment
* Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
Eligibility Criteria
* B.Ed/D.El.Ed degree in Hindi or related field
* TET/CTET preferred but not required
* 2 years of teaching experience in Hindi language and literature
* Strong knowledge of Hindi language and literature, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
