Required Qualifications
Must Have
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university
B.Ed or D.El.Ed from an NCTE-recognized institution
Three years of teaching experience in primary Hindi at a school
Familiarity with CBSE Hindi syllabus for Classes 1 to 5
Ability to communicate clearly in Hindi and English
Good to Have
CTET or TET qualified
Experience with digital teaching tools and smart classrooms
Background in content development for Hindi worksheets
Knowledge of phonics and storytelling techniques for children
