Post: PRT Social Science Teacher Position at North-ex Public School, Rohini
North-ex Public School in Rohini, North West Delhi, seeks a dedicated PRT (Practicing Teacher) for Social Science to join its dynamic teaching team. This role focuses on delivering engaging and age-appropriate lessons in history, geography, civics, and economics to students in classes 6 to 8.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and teach Social Science subjects with a focus on developing critical thinking and civic awareness. Prepare lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum while incorporating interactive and experiential learning methods. Assess student performance through continuous evaluation, including projects, quizzes, and practical assignments.
Qualifications and Experience:
Hold a B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree along with a graduate degree in Social Science. While TET/CTET certification is not mandatory, it is highly preferred. At least two years of teaching experience in a similar educational setting is essential. Strong communication skills and familiarity with modern teaching tools are required.
