Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lessons to students of classes VI to X.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development programs.
- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress.
- Contribute to the development of the school's social science curriculum.
- Assist in the organization of school events and activities related to social science.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the post of PRT Social Science Teacher, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Social Science or a related field. A B.Ed. or D.El.Ed. degree is also required. Candidates with a TET or CTET certification will be preferred. A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting is also essential.
