- Develop and lead workshops for teachers and staff on special education best practices
- Assist in the development and implementation of school policies and programs for students with special needs
- Provide emotional support and guidance to students, teachers, and staff
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student progress and program effectiveness
- Participate in school-wide committees and meetings to advocate for students with special needs
- Develop and manage partnerships with community organizations and service providers to support students and families
Required Qualifications
Must Have:
- Graduate degree in Special Education or related field
- B.Ed./D.El.Ed. and TET/CTET preferred
Good to Have:
- Experience working with students with diverse special needs
- Knowledge of Indian education laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
