Daily responsibilities include designing engaging Accountancy lessons that go beyond syllabus limits, conducting practical sessions on GST and taxation using real business case studies from Shahdara’s markets, guiding students in preparing for Olympiads and commerce quizzes, organizing monthly finance clubs where students analyze local shops’ balance sheets, collaborating with parents on budgeting skills during PTMs, and leading community outreach programs on financial literacy for small traders and youth groups. Regular assessments will track not just marks but conceptual clarity and application.
Applicants must hold a postgraduate degree in Commerce with B.Ed, and have at least 2 years of Accountancy teaching experience in a senior secondary school. Familiarity with CBSE commerce curriculum and exposure to modern teaching tools like spreadsheet-based learning will be valued. TET/CTET is not mandatory but preferred.
