The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our dance department and providing administrative support to our school administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage our dance department to ensure high-quality performance and education.
- Develop and implement effective dance programs for students, staff, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote school values and goals.
- Develop and manage dance budgets, schedules, and logistics.
- Foster strong relationships with local dance schools, arts organizations, and community groups.
- Supervise and mentor dance staff, including dance instructors and assistants.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and evaluations of dance programs.
- Plan and execute dance performances, events, and competitions.
- Develop and submit reports to the school administration on dance programs and activities.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must have a postgraduate degree in Dance or a related field and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a dance department. B.Ed./D.El.Ed. is not required for this non-teaching position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing dance programs, budgeting, and staff supervision.
