About This Role
Sant Nagpal Public School, located in the heart of Kalkaji, South Delhi, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dtp Operator to join its administrative team. As a key member of the school's leadership, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school's administrative functions, including day-to-day operations, communication, and record-keeping.
Day-to-Day Duties
1. Manage the school's documentation and records, including attendance, admissions, and student records.
2. Maintain and update the school's database, including student and staff information.
3. Design and produce various school materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and posters.
4. Coordinate and oversee the school's events and activities, including parent-teacher meetings and seminars.
5. Provide administrative support to the school's management team, including scheduling meetings and appointments.
6. Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures to improve productivity and accuracy.
7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
8. Perform other administrative tasks as required by the school management.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess a post-graduate degree from a recognized university and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, is a must. Familiarity with Dtp software and experience in school administration would be an added advantage.

Salary and Benefits
