Job Overview

Day-to-Day Duties

- Develop and maintain a safe and effective training environment for students.
- Collaborate with the school administration to integrate Judo with the overall physical education program.
- Recruit and train assistant coaches and volunteers to support the Judo program.
- Represent the school at local and national Judo events, ensuring the school's reputation and standards are upheld.
- Maintain records of student progress, attendance, and achievements.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding Judo-related matters.
- Contribute to the school's physical education program, including planning and implementing events and activities.
Eligibility Criteria
- Postgraduate degree in Physical Education, Sports Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Judo Coach or in a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Judo techniques, competition rules, and coaching methods.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with students of various age groups and skill levels.
