2. Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids and assessments that promote critical thinking about governance and civic duties.
3. Conduct regular class tests, assignments and project work, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
4. Organize debates, model parliaments and field trips to local institutions to enhance practical understanding.
5. Mentor students for inter‑school competitions and Olympiads in political studies.
6. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades and progress reports in the school’s management system.
7. Participate in faculty meetings, professional development workshops and school events.

Qualification and Experience
Candidates must hold a post‑graduate degree in Political Science along with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. Minimum four years of teaching experience at the secondary or senior secondary level is required. TET/CTET qualification is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi, and familiarity with the Delhi school syllabus, are essential.
Salary and Location
The position offers a salary of Rs.40,000 - Rs.50,000 per month and is based in Defence Coloni, South Delhi, Delhi.
