Role Summary

Day-to-Day Duties
- Teach Dance to classes of students from Nursery to Class 5.
- Plan and deliver engaging Dance lessons that meet the curriculum goals.
- Assess and evaluate student progress in Dance.
- Maintain a well-organized and safe Dance class environment.
- Encourage student participation and creativity in Dance activities.
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop a comprehensive Dance program.
- Attend staff meetings and participate in school events.
- Develop and implement Dance curricula that meet the needs of students with varying learning styles.
Eligibility Criteria
Must Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in Dance or a related field.
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed degree with a specialization in Dance.
- Valid TET or CTET certification.
- 2 years of teaching experience in Dance.
Good to Have:
- Post-graduate degree in Dance or a related field.
- Experience in teaching Dance to students with special needs.
- Knowledge of Indian classical and folk dances.
- Familiarity with Dance education software and technology.
Preferred Skills
- Strong teaching and communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and interactive Dance lessons.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and school administrators.
- Familiarity with school policies and procedures.
