Responsibilities
1. Design and deliver engaging English lessons for classes 6 to 10 at Ch. Ram Kishan Public School.
2. Integrate local cultural references and contemporary topics to make learning relatable for students in Seemapuri.
3. Assess student progress through quizzes, projects, and oral presentations, providing constructive feedback.
4. Collaborate with fellow teachers to align curriculum with state board standards and school objectives.
5. Maintain accurate attendance records and lesson plans in the school’s digital system.
6. Participate in school assemblies, extracurricular activities, and parent‑teacher meetings as required.
7. Mentor junior staff and support new teachers in adapting to the school’s teaching philosophy.
8. Prepare class materials and visual aids that enhance comprehension of complex English concepts.
9. Encourage students to develop critical thinking and effective communication skills through debates and writing assignments.
10. Ensure a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment for all learners.

Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching positions.
TET/CTET preferred but not mandatory.
Proficiency in English language and literature, with a strong command of grammar and vocabulary.
Experience with digital teaching tools and classroom management software.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in Delhi or nearby areas.
Familiarity with the CBSE curriculum and assessment patterns is an advantage.

Salary
Rs.17,000 – Rs.30,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
