Experience
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Environmental Studies at the Primary level.
Qualifications
Graduate with B.Ed or D.El.Ed. TET/CTET qualification is preferred.
Salary
Rs.20,000 - Rs.35,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver the Evs curriculum for primary classes, using age‑appropriate activities and local examples.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and assessments that align with the CBSE guidelines.
Maintain classroom discipline, monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents.
Participate in school events, parent‑teacher meetings and co‑ordinate with senior staff for interdisciplinary projects.
Job Requirements
Must be able to conduct practical sessions such as field trips and eco‑clubs within the school premises.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi, with the ability to engage young learners.
Familiarity with basic ICT tools for lesson enhancement.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in a Delhi school setting, especially in Defence Colony area, is an advantage.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learner needs.
