Conduct interactive sessions, including storytelling, poetry recitation, and cultural activities to enhance language fluency and confidence.
Prepare and evaluate weekly homework assignments, quizzes, and projects to assess student progress. Maintain a supportive classroom environment that encourages participation, critical thinking, and a love for the Hindi language. Collaborate with other teachers to integrate Hindi teaching with other subjects, fostering cross-disciplinary learning. Attend regular faculty meetings and professional development workshops to stay updated on teaching best practices.
Qualification
A graduate degree with a minimum of a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this role. Possession of TET/CTET certification is highly preferred but not mandatory. Candidates must demonstrate a strong command of the Hindi language, including spoken and written proficiency.
