Gd Goenka Flagship School in Kalkaji, South Delhi, is looking for dedicated educators to enhance its Physical Education curriculum. Collaborate with the school’s sports coordinator to organize inter-house competitions and extracurricular events. Maintain records of student participation and performance in physical activities.
Qualifications
Hold a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) or Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) as per the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) guidelines. Possession of a Teaching Eligibility Test (TET) or Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) certificate is preferred but not mandatory. A graduate degree in any discipline is required. Experience in teaching Physical Education or related subjects is beneficial but not mandatory.
Experience
Minimum of two years of teaching experience in schools, preferably in Physical Education or a related field. Familiarity with school sports policies and curriculum standards is advantageous. Ability to work effectively with diverse student groups is essential. Knowledge of Delhi Public School Association (DPSA) guidelines is a plus.
Salary and Location
The selected candidate will be offered a monthly salary ranging from Rs.20,000 to Rs.30,000. The Physical Education Teacher will be based in Kalkaji, South Delhi, reporting to the school’s administrative office. The role is a full-time position with benefits including a uniform allowance and access to school facilities.
