PRT Sanskrit Teacher Job in South Delhi, Delhi | School Recruitment
The reality of this role
Teaching Sanskrit to young learners in PRT at Sanskriti Modern School Delhi means preparing daily lessons that connect ancient shlokas with modern classroom activities. You will handle classes from grades 1 to 5, focusing on simple grammar, basic vocabulary, and cultural stories in Sanskrit. Regular assessments, cultural events, and parent-teacher interactions are part of the routine.
What you will actually do
Prepare weekly lesson plans for PRT Sanskrit classes, aligned with CBSE guidelines.
Conduct interactive sessions using charts, flashcards, and audio-visual aids for better understanding.
Assess students through oral quizzes, written tests, and project work every month.
Organize Sanskrit Diwas or cultural programs in coordination with other PRT teachers.
Maintain attendance registers and submit progress reports on time.
Assist in organizing school fairs or exhibitions showcasing Sanskrit learning.
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions at Sanskriti Modern School Delhi.
Engage with parents during PTMs to explain student progress in Sanskrit.
Who can do this job
Graduation in Sanskrit or related discipline with B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification.
Three years of teaching experience in primary classes, preferably in Sanskrit Teacher Job in South Delhi.
Basic familiarity with CBSE curriculum expectations for PRT Sanskrit Vacancy in South Delhi.

Fluency in spoken and written Sanskrit, with clear pronunciation.
