TGT English Teacher Position at Banyan Tree School
Banyan Tree School in Defence Colony, South Delhi, seeks an experienced TGT English Teacher to inspire and develop young learners with a focus on language proficiency and cultural engagement. This role is critical in shaping students’ communication skills through engaging, modern teaching methods that align with curriculum standards.
The teacher will design and deliver engaging English lessons across classes, ensuring age-appropriate content while fostering critical thinking and creativity. Daily classroom instruction will include grammar, literature, speaking, and writing exercises, tailored to meet diverse learning needs.
Curriculum planning and assessment will be key responsibilities, ensuring alignment with school and state board syllabi. Collaboration with colleagues will help refine teaching strategies and support student growth in a collaborative environment.
A strong command of English, both written and spoken, is essential. Experience in motivating students through interactive and inclusive teaching methods will be highly valued. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000.
To qualify, candidates must hold a postgraduate degree in English or a related field, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Four years of teaching experience in schools, particularly in English, is mandatory.
