Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated TGT Science Teacher to join our team at R.s Junior Modern School. As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching Science to students in classes VI to X and creating a stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking.
Day-to-Day Duties
- Prepare and deliver engaging Science lessons to students in classes VI to X.
- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Conduct experiments and demonstrations to illustrate complex scientific concepts.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement interdisciplinary projects.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents regarding student progress.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Science education and incorporate them into teaching practices.
- Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this role, you must have a postgraduate degree in Science (B.Sc.) with a B.Ed./D.El.Ed. qualification. Prior teaching experience in a school setting is preferred, but not mandatory. A strong understanding of the Indian education system and curriculum is essential.
