- Drive school buses safely and efficiently to pick up and drop off students.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bus at all times.
- Ensure that students follow school rules and regulations while on the bus.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff.
- Monitor and report any suspicious or unusual activity on the bus.
- Participate in regular bus safety inspections and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with school administrators to implement new transportation policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate degree in any discipline
- Valid commercial driving license (CDL)
- At least 2 years of experience in driving a commercial vehicle
- Familiarity with Delhi traffic rules and regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
