As an English teacher at our school, you will play a crucial role in shaping the language skills of our students. Key Responsibilities
1. Prepare and deliver lesson plans for English classes, ensuring that the curriculum is covered in a way that is engaging and effective for our students.
2. Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve their language skills.
3. Use a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
4. Develop and implement assessment tools to measure student progress.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement English language programs.
6. Use technology and digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
7. Maintain a positive and respectful classroom environment.
8. Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
Who Can Apply
To be eligible for this role, you must have a graduate degree in English or a related field, with a B.Ed/D.El.Ed. degree. A TET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. We are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in teaching English to students in grades 1-8.
