Coordinate with the accounts department to reconcile daily collections and update fee status records. Assist in organizing school events, parent-teacher meetings, and official visits by providing logistical support. Manage the school’s petty cash fund for small administrative expenses with proper documentation.
Required Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Minimum 2 years of experience in a school or educational institution’s administrative role.
Prior experience in handling reception duties, managing front-office operations, and coordinating with multiple departments is preferred. Familiarity with school management software and basic computer skills are essential.
