- Coordinate with the school administration to plan and schedule sports events, tournaments, and competitions.
- Develop and implement effective sports programs, curricula, and policies for students.
- Supervise and manage the school's sports facilities, equipment, and staff.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for students, coaches, and sports staff.
- Maintain accurate records of student participation, performance, and progress in sports activities.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate sports education with academic programs.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain a safe sports environment.
- Develop and implement programs to promote sportsmanship, fair play, and physical fitness among students.
- Coordinate with parents, alumni, and local communities to promote school sports programs and events.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of sports programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed or D.El.Ed with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sports administration.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Postgraduate degree in any field with a strong focus on sports administration, management, or education.
