Train and supervise clerical staff, including data entry operators and attendants. Conduct monthly performance reviews and address any operational bottlenecks in the office. Promote a culture of accountability and efficiency among administrative staff.
Assist in the preparation of audit reports, RTI applications, and other statutory filings. Coordinate with external agencies for Aadhaar updates, PAN verification, and other compliance requirements. Ensure timely submission of all mandatory reports to education authorities.
Implement digital filing systems to reduce paper usage and improve retrieval speed. Recommend cost-effective software solutions for routine tasks such as attendance marking and fee collection. Train staff on new tools to enhance overall productivity.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must possess a graduate degree from a recognized university. Prior experience of at least two years in school administration or office management is required. Familiarity with MS Office, Tally, and basic accounting principles is preferred.
