Coordinate with the school’s public relations team to document and promote dance events on social media and local press. Create photo and video archives for future reference and marketing.
Liaise with parents through WhatsApp groups and meetings to gather feedback and share performance updates. Address concerns promptly to maintain trust and transparency.
Source and maintain inventory of dance costumes, shoes, and props from reliable suppliers in Delhi. Negotiate bulk discounts where possible and store items securely.
Ensure all safety protocols are followed during rehearsals and performances, including first aid readiness and emergency contact details.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of two years’ experience in dance coordination or event management. Prior work in schools or cultural organisations in Kapashera or South West Delhi will be preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, teams, and logistics under tight
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are necessary for coordinating with staff, students, and external partners. Knowledge of local cultural events in Delhi will be an added advantage.
