Job Overview
Sam International School is seeking a highly skilled Dtp Operator to join our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the school's printing and reproduction requirements, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning. This is a key position in the school administration, reporting directly to the Principal.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate the school's Dtp machines efficiently, troubleshooting issues as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate production of printed materials, including reports, circulars, and other documents
- Maintain the Dtp machines and equipment, performing regular maintenance and upkeep
- Order and manage printing supplies, tracking inventory levels and placing orders as required
- Assist in the development of school publications, including newsletters and brochures
- Coordinate with teachers and staff to gather content and materials for printing
- Develop and implement efficient printing workflows to minimize costs and maximize productivity
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Who Can Apply
To be considered for this position, candidates must have a graduate degree and at least 3 years of experience as a Dtp Operator. Familiarity with school administration and operations is an asset. Preference will be given to candidates with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
