Role Summary
The Judo Coach position at Sam International School in Dwarka, South West Delhi plays a key role in shaping students through discipline, fitness, and sportsmanship. This role ensures the school’s judo program runs smoothly, promoting physical development and self-defence skills among students.
What You Will Do
Plan and conduct daily judo sessions for students aged 6 to 18.
Organize inter-house and inter-school judo competitions.
Maintain judo equipment and ensure safety standards are met.
Coordinate with school administration to integrate judo into the sports calendar.
Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents.
Assist in organizing sports day and other school events.
Ensure compliance with school safety and sports guidelines.
Keep records of attendance, performance, and equipment inventory.
Who Can Apply
Must Have
Graduation degree in any discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in judo coaching
Valid black belt in judo (minimum 2nd Dan preferred)
Good to Have
Experience in school or institutional sports coaching
Knowledge of first aid and sports injury management
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership to guide students and junior coaches
Effective communication with students, parents, and staff
Ability to manage schedules, equipment, and event logistics
Basic knowledge of sports administration and planning
Perks and Pay
Compensation is Rs.20,000 to Rs.35,000 per month based on experience and qualifications.
