About This Role
Sam International School in Dwarka, South West Delhi, is seeking an experienced Music Teacher to manage its music programs, ensuring they align with the school's vision and mission. What You Will Do
1. Develop and implement music programs, curricula, and policies, in alignment with the school's goals and objectives.
2. Conduct auditions for school concerts and events, selecting students to perform and ensuring their participation.
3. Organize and manage school events, such as concerts, festivals, and competitions, working closely with staff and external vendors.
4. Manage music department budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and maintaining a high standard of musical excellence.
5. Maintain records of student participation, attendance, and progress in music programs, using this data to inform teaching and learning strategies.
6. Collaborate with school leaders to develop and implement music-related policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
7. Foster partnerships with local music schools, organizations, and communities, promoting the school's music programs and seeking opportunities for collaboration and enrichment.
8. Provide administrative support to the school leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of the music department.
Eligibility Criteria
A Bachelor's degree in Music or a related field is essential, along with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification. Experience in music administration or leadership is highly desirable, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Skills We Value

What You Get
Salary: Rs.20,000 - Rs.35,000 per month. This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.
