What you will do
Plan weekly dance lessons aligned with school themes.
Teach Bharatanatyam, folk, and creative movement to students aged 6-12.
Organize annual dance performances at Sri Krishna Public Sr. Sec. School.
Prepare students for inter-school dance competitions in Delhi.
Conduct assessments and provide feedback to parents twice a year.
Maintain discipline and safety during dance practice sessions.
Collaborate with PT teachers for annual day events.
Attend staff meetings and contribute to school festivals.
Document student progress in school records.
What you need
Graduate in any discipline.
D.El.Ed or B.Ed with dance specialization preferred.
Minimum 2 years of dance teaching experience.
Familiarity with Indian and Western dance forms.
Ability to work in a multicultural classroom.
Skills that matter
Strong stage presence and vocal projection.
Patience to train young beginners.
Basic knowledge of music and rhythm.
Ability to choreograph simple routines.
Classroom management in group settings.
