Coordinate with senior staff for continuous improvement of teaching methods and classroom management.
Participate in school events and parent‑teacher meetings as required.
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline.
B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory.
TET/CTET qualification preferred.
Preferred Skills
Good command of spoken and written English.
Ability to use audio‑visual aids and digital tools for interactive learning.
Effective classroom discipline techniques suitable for young learners.
