Qualifications
Graduate degree in any discipline. B.Ed or D.El.Ed required for teaching positions. TET/CTET preferred. Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting. Strong command of English grammar and literature. Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
Salary
Rs.18,000 - Rs.30,000 per month. Competitive compensation aligned with experience and qualifications. Performance reviews may lead to incremental growth.
