About This Role
Green Fields School invites applications for a PRT Hindi Teacher to join our team in Kapashera, South West Delhi, Delhi. We seek a dedicated and passionate teacher to handle classes from nursery to class 5, teaching Hindi language and literature.
How You Will Teach
As a PRT Hindi Teacher at Green Fields School, you will use various methods to engage students in Hindi language learning. Our Hindi lab is equipped with multimedia tools, audio-visual aids, and educational software that you can utilize to create interactive lessons. You will also conduct language activities, games, and storytelling sessions to promote linguistic and cultural understanding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver lessons to groups of students, setting achievable learning objectives and using a range of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
2. Prepare and administer formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and understanding.
3. Develop and maintain a safe, inclusive, and well-organised learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
4. Use a range of teaching aids, including textbooks, multimedia resources, and educational software, to support student learning.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans and assessments.
6. Provide feedback to students on their performance and progress, and work with students to set targets for improvement.
7. Participate in school events, including cultural festivals and competitions, to promote Hindi language and literature.
8. Maintain accurate records of student progress and attainment.
Who Can Apply
To apply for this post, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Hindi or a related subject, and a B.Ed./D.El.Ed. qualification. CTET/CTET certification is preferred but not mandatory. You must have at least 2 years of experience in teaching Hindi to primary-level students.
Skills We Value
We are looking for a candidate with excellent Hindi language skills, both written and spoken. You should be able to use Hindi language learning software and multimedia resources to create engaging lessons. You should also be able to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
What You Get
As a PRT Hindi Teacher at Green Fields School, you will receive a salary of Rs.17,000 - Rs.32,000 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. You will also be entitled to other benefits, including a contributory pension scheme and medical insurance.
