Role Summary
Day-to-Day Duties
- Plan and deliver Hindi language and literature lessons to students from Class 1 to Class 12
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Attend staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings and communicate with parents regarding student progress
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress
- Perform other duties as assigned by the school administration
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed/D.El.Ed from a recognized university
- Preference will be given to candidates who have passed TET/CTET
- Strong background in Hindi language and literature
- Experience in teaching students from Class 1 to Class 12
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
