Core Duties
Teaching core science subjects—Physics, Chemistry, and Biology—across multiple grades, ensuring alignment with CBSE syllabus and exam patterns. Designing and conducting interactive experiments, demonstrations, and lab activities to enhance student understanding and engagement.
Preparing and grading assignments, projects, and continuous evaluation (CGE) tasks to assess student progress. Collaborating with the Science Department to update teaching methods, adopt new curricular resources, and participate in departmental planning sessions.
Maintaining discipline and ensuring a safe, orderly classroom environment while addressing behavioral and academic challenges. Supporting students with special needs through differentiated teaching strategies where possible.
Qualification and Experience
A graduate degree with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed qualification is mandatory for this role. A TET/CTET certificate is preferred but not mandatory. At least two years of teaching experience in a school setting, preferably with a focus on science education, is required.
Compensation and Location
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary ranging from Rs.18,000 to Rs.30,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The position is based in Najafgarh, South West Delhi, with all travel and stationery costs covered by the school.
