Scope of the Role

Core Academic Duties
Conduct lesson plans for Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, ensuring alignment with the state syllabus and national educational standards. Manage laboratory safety protocols, maintain equipment, and facilitate inquiry‑based learning. Support students in developing scientific reasoning and problem‑solving abilities through projects and demonstrations.
Assessment and Planning Duties
Prepare and administer periodic tests, quizzes, and practical assessments to gauge student understanding. Analyze results to tailor instructional strategies, provide targeted feedback, and prepare progress reports for parents and school administration. Participate in curriculum review meetings to update content and teaching methods.
Qualification and Experience
Graduate degree required; B.Ed or D.El.Ed mandatory for teaching positions, with TET/CTET preferred. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a school setting. Proven ability to deliver engaging Science lessons and manage laboratory resources effectively.
Salary and Location
