Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the annual sports calendar, including inter‑school tournaments and intra‑school competitions.
- Coordinate with coaches, volunteers, and external agencies to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Manage sports equipment inventory, maintenance schedules, and procurement processes.
- Develop and implement health & safety protocols for all sporting activities.
- Conduct regular fitness assessments for students and staff, preparing reports for the administration.
- Mentor junior staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of teamwork and sportsmanship.
- Represent the school at district and state level sports meetings and committees.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Leadership experience in coordinating large group activities.
- Familiarity with local sports governing bodies and event regulations.
Qualification and Experience
- Post‑graduate qualification, preferably B.Ed or D.El.Ed, is mandatory.
- TET or CTET certification is preferred but not essential.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or leadership role in a school setting.
Salary
Rs.20,000 – Rs.40,000 per month.
