Role Summary
Veer Public School is looking for a Tgt Academic Coordinator to strengthen curriculum planning and academic leadership in Kapashera. This full-time position requires oversight of classroom standards, teacher support, and assessment systems across grades. Five years of school-level academic coordination or leadership is essential.
What You Will Do
1. Monitor classroom delivery against the annual academic calendar set by Veer Public School and suggest mid-course corrections.
2. Organize monthly teacher training sessions focused on lesson planning and assessment design.
3. Maintain the school’s internal assessment database and submit quarterly progress reports to the principal.
4. Coordinate with subject heads to ensure textbooks, workbooks, and digital resources are available before every term begins.
5. Lead the mid-term and final exam schedule preparation, including seating arrangements and invigilation rosters.
6. Liaise with CBSE coordinators to align Veer Public School’s academic policies with board guidelines.
7. Conduct surprise classroom observations and share feedback with educators within 48 hours.
8. Prepare the annual academic audit file for the management review meeting.
Who Can Apply
Post-graduate candidates with a B.Ed or D.El.Ed from a recognized Indian university may apply. TET/CTET is not mandatory but will be preferred. Fluency in Hindi and English is required for daily reporting and parent interactions.
Skills We Value
Experience with CBSE academic norms and familiarity with Google Classroom or similar LMS platforms. Strong written communication for report writing and parent letters. Ability to work under South West Delhi’s summer schedule without missing
Perks and Pay
